This tunic belonged to an unidentified corporal of the Australian Women’s Army Service. Although the soldier is unidentified, we know that she served in the Australian Army Canteen services. This jacket would’ve been worn with her service dress uniform, complete with a matching skirt and AWAS issue brimmed felt hat.
