These rubberized over boots are the M-1945 over boot designed for cold and wet weather. They were produced too late to see meaningful service in the Second World War, however, were used extensively by the various UN forces in the Korean War. This particular example is of the five-buckle variant (a four-buckle type was also produced) and was issued to the USN. They are size 11 wide.
